Experience a unique culinary journey with Cadre restaurant’s beer-pairing dinner featuring craft beers from local brewery, Delta Beer Lab. Enjoy four delicious courses, each carefully designed to bring out the best in both the food and beer pairings.
The event starts at 5:30pm with a welcome cocktail and a chance to mix & mingle. At 6pm, dinner seating will begin with the first course and beer pairing. The featured beers from Delta Beer Lab are a Pineapple Gosé, Sichuan Helles lager, New England Pale Ale, and a Coconut Chai Stout. Chef Evan will be pairing each beer with a course created specifically to match and enhance the flavors.
To make your beer-pairing dinner experience even more special, you’ll meet the people behind Delta Beer Lab. Pio, the owner of Delta Beer Lab along with James Scudamore, head brewer, will be at the event to introduce each beer personally. They’ll provide insight into what makes each craft brew unique and explain how it was created.
