Join us on Saturday, September 30th for an unforgettable evening at J. Henry & Sons Farm in Dane. Cadre is proud to collaborate with J. Henry Distillery for their third annual outdoor dinner, celebrating the 2023 harvest and the release of the second batch of J. Henry Armagnac-barrel-finished La Flamme Bourbon.
The event kicks off with a tour of the distillery, where you’ll be greeted with a welcome cocktail and have the opportunity to sample some of their finest bourbons. Appetizers will be served as you explore the grounds and take in the beautiful surroundings.
As the sun sets, guests will gather under a tent for a traditional Gascony-style dinner. Picture tables overflowing with delicious bread, cheeses, terrines, and seasonal vegetables, perfectly paired with Bourbon cocktails and French wine. Chef Evan Dannells will be preparing a mouthwatering stew, served straight from a massive cauldron. And for a grand finale, distiller Joe Henry will delight everyone with a traditional flaming brûlot to accompany dessert.
Throughout the evening, live music will set the mood, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Your ticket includes all food and beverages, ensuring you can fully immerse yourself in this incredible culinary experience.
Ample parking will be available on-site for your convenience. And, this year, we will also be offering the option to purchase tickets for a shuttle bus from the east and west sides of Madison (details TBD).
Tickets are limited and all guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of J. Henry’s La Flamme bourbon before public release.
