choice of petite scallops or vegetarian celeriac ‘scallops’
in muscat wine sauce with white asparagus,
jerusalem artichoke, mirepoix, & blood orange soubise;

seared duck
served over farro with maitake mushrooms,
lambrusco poached pear, & cherry reduction;

boeuf bourguignon
beef-braised in red wine with pommes purée,
lion’s mane & king black trumpet mushroom,
radish, baby turnip, & lacinato kale

red wine chocolate cake with banyul reduction,

Cost per Person: $75
$25 deposit required per guest at booking; this amount applies towards the total.
Final check will include a 20% service charge in lieu of gratuity.
